Ben brings a strong foundation in mechanical contracting to the Systems West team, with 6+ years of hands-on experience navigating the construction process from the ground up. That background instilled in him a deep respect for the trades and a clear understanding of the critical role commissioning plays in delivering a successful project. His experience spans a wide range of building types, from high-rise residential and office towers to schools, dormitories, medical centers, and tech buildings, giving him the confidence and versatility to approach any project with dedication. At the end of the day, Ben is driven by one goal: ensuring the Owner achieves their vision and walks away equipped to successfully maintain their new or updated facility.

A resident of Central Oregon for the past two years, Ben and his wife have taken full advantage of the high-desert lifestyle, exploring the outdoors and squeezing in as many rounds of golf as the calendar allows. Community matters to them, and they’ve embraced it wholeheartedly, from volunteering at the local horse sanctuary to cheering on friends and their families at school sporting events. They’re eager to keep finding meaningful ways to make a positive impact in the place they now call home.
