Amber Kelel

Amber brings a versatile background in marketing, operations, recruitment, and community relations to her leadership role at Systems West. As Chief Strategy Officer and head of business development, she drives strategic growth, fosters client partnerships, and transforms challenges into opportunities through creative, forward-thinking solutions.

Amber is a University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point alumnus with a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration, a Leadership Eugene Springfield civic program graduate, and an active community leader. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Willamalane Park Foundation. Her leadership has been recognized across the region, including being named the 2023 DJC Women of Vision, Springfield Chamber’s 2023 Emerging Leader, and one of the Eugene Chamber’s 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in 2024.

Originally from the Midwest, Amber is an avid outdoor enthusiast, former Paramedic, and lifelong learner. If you can keep up, you’ll find her paddle boarding, trail running, skiing, or cycling – slowing down only to enjoy a well-deserved craft beer or nonfiction book after a day outside. If you do catch her, she’ll be sure to have a smile on her face.
