Adam brings a natural, engineer-driven curiosity and entrepreneurial mind to the leadership team at Systems West. Between his technical expertise, talent for building relationships, and dedication to mentoring the team, Adam has become a trusted source of knowledge who embodies Systems West’s values and strengthens day-to-day operations within the company and the broader community.

An Iowa State University graduate, Adam is a licensed mechanical engineer, a board member, and a member of the Building Commissioning Certification Board. As head of our commissioning department, he connects the right people to build teams that create innovative solutions. Adam is known for relentless follow-through and the fortitude to go the extra mile to elevate the team and project.

Outside of the office, it’s common to find him fly fishing, camping, “working on his van”, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
